Take the micro to macro with this 3D printed animal cell! This is a great manipulative for anyone learning about the structure and function of animal cells. This 22-piece model contains a ~5x5" cell body with individual organelles. Each organelle fits in place using a hole-and-peg system with a loose fit to make sure each piece is easily removable to highlight when learning. Organelles can be glued if you wish to keep them in place permanently (We recommend super glue or hot glue). The external cilia are friction fitted and are optional.

All of our 3D printed products are made from PLA and/or PETG. Both are non-toxic plastics made from sustainable sources. PLA (polylactic acid) is a common polymer made from corn and used in clothing and medical devices. PETG is commonly used variation of PET which is found in food packaging and carpets.
All of our products go through a multistep screening process to ensure you receive a product you are happy with. Due to the nature of 3D printing, some parts may have tiny imperfections, or variations in colors, from what is shown in the above images. These are an unavoidable result of 3D printing but do not affect the function of the kit.
Warning: Many kits include small pieces that may pose a choking hazard to small children. Please keep kits away from small children.
